Accessing the Battery on Puma Tractors

Puma-Battery-Access-3

Ever wondered how easy it is to access the battery on Case IH Puma tractors??  Well, it is as simple as undoing the two screws above the steps and allowing the cover to pivot back on the hinge below.  In the photo above of the Puma 165, you can see that the battery is located behind the steps on the right hand side of the tractor.  A pin in the hinge below can also be easily removed if you wish to take the whole cover off.
