Pre-Season Maintenance Interest Free Service & Parts Programs

pre-season-maintenance-blog
At this time of the year, we offer our customers, in particular our cane farmers and harvesting contractors, Interest Free Servicing and Parts Programs which enables them to buy now and pay later both from us at McDonald Murphy Machinery as well as one from Case IH.

We offer these at the end of the crushing season getting ready for the maintenance period before the next season. Although it is about helping our harvester customers it helps us just as much to make sure we can continue to support and service our customers as they get ready for the next crush.

We actually brought this in many years ago to make it easier for our contractors and farmers, to ensure they had their parts ready to go well before the next crushing season without having to outlay large sums of money straight up, especially at a time when they may be waiting on money to be coming in from the mills. This way we can ensure the parts are ordered in on time for when the customer needs them, saving on costs and freight with regular bulk orders as oppose to special orders. It also enables customers to have their machines serviced early and any issues diagnosed, allowing time to get any of those hard to source parts, especially for older machines.

With COVID-19 now creating some uncertainty with the production and supply from overseas, this year is probably more important than ever to get in early with parts and servicing and to take advantage of these interest free programs. If then at the end of the interest free program an extension of time is needed for repayment, there are other finance options available through CNH Capital that we can explore.

Not only do these interest free programs help our customers with their cash flow but it ensures we have the parts they need when they need it and at the best price possible during the pre-season maintenance period AND with the uncertainty created by COVID-19 in some supply chains, they can't risk leaving getting their parts too late for 2021.

Contact your local MMM branch for an Application Form or to find out more about how these interest free programs work. Details can also be found on website on the Parts, Servicing and Promotion pages between November and June the following year.
