The provider of RTX services is changing the satellite beam or signal (Frequency and Baud Rate) used to deliver RTX (e.g. Rangepoint, Centrepoint) corrections signals to Case IH and Trimble guidance systems.
The new RTX signals started operation back on the 2nd August 2021.
The old RTX signal will stop working on 30th September 2021 and the new RTX service will need to be used to receive corrections.
If you use an RTX Rangepoint or Centrepoint subscription, you will need to change your settings to continue receiving corrections.
If you use RTK corrections (900MHz/450MHz Radio or NTRIP Modem) you DO NOT NEED to change your settings, however we recommend you update your XFill settings to the new beam. This will make sure that if your normal RTK corrections are interrupted, your guidance system will continue for the maximum time possible (normally 18 minutes) until RTK corrections are restored.
Case IH has provided YouTube videos for supported guidance systems https://bit.ly/cihrtxupdate
To change your XFill settings you can follow the video for your platform but look for XFill instead of RTX.
